biographies

Since adolescence, William has cultivated his passion for art and cooking, starting to work at age 13. His path has led him to collaborate in starred restaurants and elite kitchens across Europe, before taking the reins of a French restaurant in Connecticut in 2019. The pandemic guided him toward painting, a medium in which he explores colors, forms, and emotions to build a future inspired by his dreams.

Guided by a sense of style and aesthetics, William nurtures an audacious project: Maison Andoni, a vision of secret luxury that unites his painterly works with the dynamics of the fashion world. The goal is to create a unique signature, a true osmosis between art and fashion.
